Our team represents the most important part of our Sanctuary; it is our people who embody the Bhutan spirit. We are committed to ensuring our team receives guidance in learning and development to achieve our high standard of service. At the same time, we each strive to find balance and achieve a restful mind, so we encourage and provide resources for our team to embrace meditation and yoga in their own way, individually or as a group, at work or at home.
