As nossas aulas gratuitas de yoga fazem parte do conceito de bem-estar inclusivo. Por norma, as aulas ocorrem ao in\u00edcio da manh\u00e3 antes do pequeno-almo\u00e7o \u2013 por\u00e9m, caso prefira, pode t\u00ea-las mais tarde, bastando avisar a nossa Equipa.
